Clients will be notified of changes through reasonable means, which may include discord server announcements, email notification, or posting an updated version on the website. Continued use of the asset(s) or services following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.꒱
꒰If a client does not agree to the updated Terms, they must immediately discontinue use of the asset(s). Failure to comply with the updated Terms, or any breach of these Terms at any time, may result in revocation of usage rights, termination of any granted licenses, and, where applicable, transfer or reversion of rights in the asset(s) back to us without further obligation.꒱

Once the commission is completed please download the file(s).
󠁯•󠁏 I clean out my files regularly and can not promise that they will be saved.
󠁯•󠁏 I retain all rights over my artwork and require credit when it is posted or used publicly.
󠁯•󠁏 You must not remove, obscure, crop the SIGNATURE/WATERMARK, or hide the fact that it is my work in any way.
󠁯•󠁏 Using my artwork or branding in any way for NFT's, cryptocurrency, and AI Dataset learning is prohibited.
󠁯•󠁏 Please make sure that all reference images you provide are either your own or that you have obtained the necessary permissions to use them. I cannot take responsibility for any issues that may result from using images without proper authorization.
󠁯•󠁏 By purchasing any of my services (including using any of my work whether purchased or free), you have automatically accepted my Terms of Service and must oblige to follow them.

USE

Personal Use: Non-monetized original characters, social media posts, character profiles.
Streaming | Digital Content: Potentially monetized-content or content that can be used in building revenue. This includes content-creators, streamers, and vtubers.
Physical or Digital Products | Merchandise: Physical or digital goods using the asset. Must still abide to the artist terms of service.
Buyout: Not applicable or purchasable at this time.Terms may vary for corporate usage.
Credit must be given in all use cases.Any unused ideas, sketches, and creations are subject to the artist's (MoeMacaron) discretion unless paid for by the client (additional fees apply). Unless paid for, you may not take any unused ideas/sketches to another artist to have completed.I retain all rights to my artwork and must be notified of owner changes/resale of assets. (permission must be acquired before resale)
